Haus of Quinceañera

Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026

Haus of Quinceañera is a quinceañera photography and film studio in Los Angeles. Families trust us with their details and their celebrations, and we take that seriously. This page explains what we collect at hausofquinceanera.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form:

  • your name, and the quinceañera’s name if you add it
  • your email address and phone number
  • the date of the celebration
  • the package and services you pick, and anything you write in your message
  • the language you’d like us to reply in

To see how the site is doing, we count visits ourselves, without cookies: the page viewed, the site or link that sent you (for example Instagram or Google), the type of device and browser, your device’s time zone and country, how long the page stays open, how far down you scroll, and taps on things like the inquiry form, the Rancho Jalisco film or our Instagram. We never store IP addresses, and visits can only be told apart within the same day, so they can’t be connected to you or to your visits on other days. We keep these counts for about two years. Our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs so the site runs well. We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

  • to reply to your inquiry, answer your questions and send you a quote
  • to send a confirmation email so you know we received your inquiry
  • to plan, schedule and deliver the session, film or photobooth you book
  • to keep a record of the inquiries and bookings we’ve handled

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We only email you about your inquiry and your celebration.

Who helps us

A few trusted service providers help us run the site: our website host and database, which store inquiries securely, and our email delivery provider, which sends our confirmation and team emails. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts. If our team keeps the studio schedule in Google Calendar (see below), booking details such as a family’s name, date and venue are stored there too. These providers handle information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Haus Admin and Google Calendar

Haus Admin is our private workspace at hausofquinceanera.com/admin. Only members of the Haus team can sign in. A team member can choose to connect a Google account so the team can see that person’s availability next to our bookings. An owner can also choose to send the studio schedule to one connected account, so our bookings show up in that person’s Google Calendar.

When someone on our team connects Google, with their permission, Haus Admin receives:

  • the Google account’s email address, to label the connection
  • read-only access to their calendars: the list of calendars, and each event’s title, date and time, location and free-or-busy setting
  • only if an owner sends the studio schedule to that account: permission to create one calendar of its own, named Haus of Quinceañera, and keep its events up to date. This permission covers only calendars Haus Admin creates.

How we use and protect this information:

  • What Haus Admin reads is used for one thing only: showing those calendars on the Haus Admin schedule to signed-in Haus team members, so we can see when someone is available.
  • Haus Admin never changes or deletes anything in your own calendars. The only calendar it writes to is the Haus of Quinceañera calendar it creates, which holds the studio’s schedule: the sessions, celebrations and meetings our team adds in Haus Admin.
  • It is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with anyone outside the Haus team, and never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • The sign-in key Google provides is kept on our servers, where only Haus Admin’s own system can use it. It is never shown to anyone.
  • Haus Admin keeps a copy of events from the past month and about the next year, and refreshes it from Google. Hiding a calendar in Haus Admin deletes its copied events.
  • Stopping the studio schedule in Haus Admin deletes the Haus of Quinceañera calendar from that Google account.
  • Choosing Disconnect in Haus Admin deletes the stored access, all of that account’s copied calendars and events, and the Haus of Quinceañera calendar if it has one, and asks Google to cancel Haus Admin’s access. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Haus Admin’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep accurate business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@hausofquinceanera.com and we’ll take care of it. If you live in California, you have these rights under California law too, and we will never treat you differently for using them. We do not sell or share personal information.

Keeping it safe

Information travels to our site over an encrypted connection, and inquiries are stored where only the Haus team can reach them. No system is perfect, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our inquiry form is meant for parents, guardians and adults planning the celebration. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
